The promotion commences 9:00am Monday 24/07/2023 and concludes 5pm on Monday 21/08/2023. The activation event is scheduled to occur in centre.
Conditions of Entry
· This promotion does not apply to Management and Staff at Cygnet West or contractors of the mentioned organisation.
· This promotion does not apply to employees and the immediate families of the promoter and the agencies associated with this promotion. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Any entries received from employees or immediate family will be automatically disqualified.
· Proof of purchase must be made in store at participating shopping center’s and must be $25.00 or higher in value at any specialty store.
· To be eligible, the purchase must be made between 24 July – 21 August 2023.
· Customers may enter as many times as they like. One purchase equals one entry.
· Proof of identity will be required to redeem prize.
· Only one prize is redeemable.
· Purchases for cigarettes or lottery tickets are not valid under competition rules.
· Eligible entrants: Entry is open to WA residents who are 16 years and over. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to enter.
HOW TO ENTER THIS COMPETITION
1. Participants must enter the competition by spending $25.00 or higher in value in a single transaction at any participating specialty store.
2. Participants must show proof of purchase in order to redeem the prize.
3. Participant’s proof of purchase must be dated between 24 July – 21 August 2023.
4. Participants will be able to enter in store by placing a copy of their purchase receipt in the entry box located near the major supermarket, Coles, Woolworths or IGA. Customers must enter their name, phone number and email address on the back of the receipt to be contactable in the event they are drawn as the winner.
· The draw will take place between 22 August – 31 August 2023.
· The winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries.
· The winner contacted by via phone and/or email no later than one week post the draw period.
· The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any customer that is not in accordance with the conditions of entry.
· This activation is only valid to entrants above the age of 16.
· One prize available per shopping centre.
· Each individual prize is described as a gift card valued at $1,000
· The gift card will be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of activation.
The following products or services (including vouchers relating to such products or services) will not be eligible to purchase to enter: gift cards, liquor or tobacco products, weapons of any kind, prescription medicines, cosmetic or surgical procedures, health insurance. Furthermore, any transactions/services at medical practitioners and related health services (physio, dentist, pathology, psychology), banks, Automatic Telling Machines, financial institutions, TAB and gaming venues, lottery agents, petrol stations, accountants, employment services/agencies, disability services, professional training, lawyers, tax services, occupational safety (ie Worksafe), child care services, parliamentary offices, neighbourhood watch, electorate office, real estate agencies and rental of suites/offices are not eligible for this Promotion. Hearing services and related products are not excluded from the Promotion.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card or voucher are not included. Any unused balance of a gift card or voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a gift card or voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card or voucher.
Prizes must be claimed by 30/09/23 at 12:00 pm AWST. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 05/10/23 at 12:00 pm AWST. The winners of the redraw will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) days of the redraw.
